The Life and Loves of Grumpy's Honeybunch did the same thing but made Holiday Dipped Pretzels instead.I've already manged to make and wrap up both of these last night. They didn't take much time or effort and came out looking like they did! I used white chocolate and red sprinkles for the canes, multi-colored sprinkles for the pretzels. (They looked almost exactly like the picture too.)
