Does it take long for butter to go bad? How can you tell? I have a tub I've been eating out of for almost a year now lol
I've actually never thought of it. I always use up my butter pretty quick here for cooking. I think the whole purpose of canning it though is for emergencies- like that zombie infestation we're still waiting to get. Nothing like butter on your bread when the dead start rising. ^^
